Are all your products handmade?

No, our products are free from parabens, sulfates, and other harmful chemicals. We believe in using only natural and safe ingredients to nourish and protect your skin.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.  

You can maximize your savings by subscribing to our newsletter, located at the bottom of our website. This way, you'll be the first to know about occasional sales and promotions throughout the year.

We are dedicated to processing orders within 5-7 business days from the time they are received. While there may be a slight delay during the holiday season, any exceptions will be clearly communicated on our main page or at the top bar of our site. 

Orders are shipped via USPS and the carrier will provide an estimated arrival date once you receive a notification of shipment from us.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.  If you have concerns about anything you received, please email us at grammyshandmadecreations.com, as we would like the opportunity to make it right.

Our product labels always contain a complete list of ingredients as well.

Yes! We do not participate in any animal testing.

We prioritize vegan options, but there are a few products that include beeswax, honey, or goat milk.

The only products in our line that include oats is our Oats n' Honey collection, however we utilize gluten free oats.  The remaining products should be gluten-free. That said, we are working in a production space where there is the possibility of cross-contamination. 

Yes, many of our soaps are unscented, or naturally scented by their ingredients.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we're constantly working to improve our services and may offer gift cards in the future.
